Kyle Roehler

Member in Kansas City

Kyle Roehler is a trial lawyer who defends corporations, insurance companies and trucking companies in state and federal courts throughout the Midwest and nationally.  His practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury defense, transportation, and insurance coverage and extra-contractual liability.  He takes pride in his ability to quickly evaluate seven and eight figure liability exposures, and develop an early plan for successful resolution, be it by tender, dispositive relief, settlement, or trial.  Kyle refuses to accept the villainizing of corporations, and understands businesses are invariably made up of well-meaning people who are often free of any fault.  He relishes the opportunity to humanize his clients at trial. Critical to Kyle’s success is the national network of thought leaders he has grown over his 20 years in practice.  He regularly consults with his colleagues in his network on developments in the law, and litigation strategy.  He is frequently asked to speak at national conferences on personal injury, trucking, and bad faith litigation.
