Stephanie Henshaw is the Director of Accounting at Baker Sterchi.

Stephanie manages all aspects of the accounting department. She serves as administrator of the firm's time and billing software, works on attorney compensation and financial reporting for firm executives, and oversees the growing accounting department.

Stephanie brings 20 years of experience in accounts receivable, legal billing, general ledger, annual budgets, and tax preparation support. Over ten of those years have been with the Baker Sterchi accounting department, where she worked as a team member and manager before her current director role. Stephanie enjoys sharing her knowledge with all departments in the firm.

Stephanie has been a member of the Kansas City Association of Legal Administrators (KCALA) since 2015. She has served on the KCALA business partners, chapter luncheons, and website committees. She also served as the SurePoint User Chair in the Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma regions from 2021-2023.
