Lauren McCluskey focuses her practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis in product liability, personal injury and construction defect matters. Prior to joining Baker Sterchi, Lauren represented individuals, insurance carriers and companies of all sizes in a variety of commercial, contract and tort related lawsuits and arbitrations.

Lauren is a skilled civil litigator with both jury and bench trial experience in state and federal court. She has also assisted in the preparation of briefing and arguments at the appellate level which resulted in the successful disposition of claims.

Lauren earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri. She is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas.
