Tom Rice has been nominated to become a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Founded in 1952 by the American Bar Association, the American Bar Foundation’s mission is to serve the legal profession and the public through research, publications, and programs that advance justice, the understanding of law, and its impact on society. Fellows are recognized as persons of outstanding achievement and high character in the jurisdiction in which they practice. The number of State Fellows in each jurisdiction is limited to one-third (1/3) of one percent (1%) of the lawyer population of such jurisdiction.
