Bradley Sliment

While new to civil defense litigation, Bradley is no stranger to the courtroom nor the issues facing today’s businesses. Having worked in factories throughout his college career, he learned first-hand the problems that can sometimes occur and how those problems usually manifest. He now takes that experience and combines it with his years of experience as a litigator to offer a well-rounded representation to the businesses he serves. His pragmatic approach and objective assessments give rise to fact-based advocacy in situations that can often let emotions get in the way. 

Representative Experience:

• First Chair on multiple bench tried cases in family law, order of protection, and probate cases.
• Co-author of two successful briefs to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
• Assisted as a court appointed receiver in the administration and winding up of jointly held business ventures.
