Brandy Simpson

Brandy Simpson is a motivated and responsive attorney proficient in all aspects of the civil litigation process. While she primarily serves clients in healthcare and medical malpractice defense, she also has experience defending premises liability, personal injury, and products liability matters.

Brandy stays involved in all facets of a case including taking and defending depositions, expert witness retention, legal and medical research, preparing witnesses for deposition and trial, handling discovery disputes, and preparing for and participating in trial.  She regularly represents physicians, hospitals, medical practices, long-term care facilities, EMS providers, and home health agencies.  Brandy also advises and assists medical providers with employment contract negotiations and prides herself on maintaining an open line of communication with each of her clients.

Brandy is a co-chair of Baker Sterchi's Healthcare Practice Group. She also serves as the Women’s Affinity Group Liaison (St. Louis/Belleville) to the firm’s Diversity Committee, organized the firm’s first Women in the Law CLE in 2019, and the first Women's History Month "Women You Should Know" webinar program series in 2021.
