Carly Iverson has experience in all aspects of the litigation process, including research and analysis, discovery, preparing briefs, conducting depositions, and trial preparation. Carly routinely represents insurance companies and their policyholders in both state and federal courts, as well as advises clients regarding pre-litigation negotiation strategies.
Carly recently obtained successful settlements in single and multiple plaintiff employment discrimination cases. Her experience representing plaintiffs in employment disputes gives her an edge in defending her clients in employment cases. She has counseled employers on issues arising under state and federal employment laws, in addition to conducting harassment and discrimination investigations and revising employee handbooks.
Carly also served as national litigation counsel for a power wheelchair manufacturer for product liability claims. She has served as the City Attorney for multiple municipalities throughout Kansas and Missouri, including the City of Roeland Park, Kansas, a highly recognized first tier city.
