William T. Kernell is an associate attorney based in St. Louis, Missouri, with a practice focused in commercial, personal injury, premises liability, and product liability litigation, particularly in the automotive, recreational transportation, and trucking industries.
Will received his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law, while at the same time gaining valuable experience clerking in the Litigation Division of the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, serving as a Faculty Fellow researching legal interests in Ukraine and Russia, externing for a U.S. magistrate judge in the Eastern District of Missouri, serving as a teaching assistant for courses in Property and the Anthropology of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science, Russian Studies, and International Studies from Saint Louis University, where he was inducted into Dobro Slovo, the National Slavic Honor Society, and was awarded the Fr. Louis Barth, S.J. Award from the Russian & Eastern European Area Studies Program.
Outside of work, Will is actively involved in the community, serving on the Alumni Board for his high school and the Young Professionals Board for St. Patrick Center.
