On February 24, Baker Sterchi Member Meghan Kane will speak on deposition checklists and deposition strategies at the Illinois Defense Counsel (IDC) Deposition Academy, an intensive educational program consisting of lectures and practical applications outlining various deposition techniques.
Located in the firm’s Belleville office, Kane focuses her practice on product liability and toxic tort matters. She is a co-chair of Baker Sterchi’s Product Liability and Toxic Tort Practice Groups and vice chair of the IDC’s Tort Committee. She received her law degree from the Saint Louis University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Illinois and Missouri.
IDC is a premier association of attorneys in Illinois who devote a substantial portion of their practice to representing business, corporate, insurance, professional, and other individual defendants in civil litigation.
