Nick Ruble to Present at NBI Mini Law School for Kansas HR Professionals

On Feb. 25, Baker Sterchi Member Nick Ruble will present “Employment Law Update” and “Successful Hiring and Recruitment Steps” at the NBI Mini Law School for Kansas HR Professionals online seminar. The first session covers recent employment law updates, while the second explores job descriptions, background checks, legal hiring checklists, and more.

Ruble has extensive experience in employment and labor law. He serves as vice chair of Baker Sterchi's Employment & Labor Practice Group, a steering committee member of ALFA's Labor & Employment Practice Group and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, including the Greater Kansas City Chapter. Ruble earned his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas.

The NBI Mini Law School for Kansas HR Professionals offers an overview of key labor and employment law topics. NBI provides continuing legal education to equip lawyers and support staff with practical knowledge and skills.
