Baker Sterchi Member Jeanne Loftis has been named to the 2025 Oregon Super Lawyers list, and attorneys Hayley Hollis and Justin Meyer have been named to the Rising Stars list. All three practice in the firm’s Portland office.
Loftis is an accomplished trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex mass tort, employment, civil rights defense, personal injury and product liability litigation. She co-chairs Baker Sterchi’s Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Practice Group. Loftis is active in several peer-selected organizations, including the American Board of Trial Advocates, Association of Defense Trial Attorneys and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. She earned her law degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and is admitted to practice in Oregon, Washington and California.
Hollis represents clients in the construction and insurance industries. Her practice spans civil litigation, class actions, multidistrict litigation, complex commercial matters, employment law and professional liability defense. She serves on the steering committee of DRI’s Young Lawyers Committee and acts as the committee’s liaison to the Employment Law Section. Hollis earned her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School and is licensed to practice in Oregon and Washington.
Meyer focuses his practice on complex civil matters, including mass tort, personal injury, products liability, complex litigation, and legal malpractice. He develops legal education programs for young lawyers in Oregon and serves as a DRI vice liaison to the Asbestos Litigation Law Committee. Meyer earned his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Linfield College. He is licensed to practice in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
