Sarah Cramer Appointed to Foundation of ALA Board of Trustees
Sarah Cramer, Baker Sterchi’s Director of Human Resources, has been appointed to the Foundation of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) Board of Trustees for the 2026-2030 term.
The Trustees guide The Foundation’s fundraising efforts, oversee its assets and help advance initiatives that support education, leadership development and engagement within the legal management profession.
As Director of Human Resources, Cramer manages legal requirements related to employee management, mitigates legal risks and ensures regulatory compliance in day-to-day operations. She served on ALA’s Board of Directors in 2024-2025, and has been an active volunteer and past president of the Kansas City Chapter.
ALA is an international organization that provides education, resources and networking opportunities for professionals in the business of law. Its charitable arm, The Foundation, was formed in 1981 and has since contributed more than a quarter-million dollars through grants, programs and sponsorships.
