On June 3, Baker Sterchi attorney Justin Meyer will present at the DRI Young Lawyers Seminar in Louisville, Kentucky. The session, “Reptile Theory in Litigation: Origins, Tactics, and Defense Strategies,” will examine Reptile Theory, its origins and common tactics used by opposing counsel.
Based in the firm’s Portland office, Meyer focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, including mass tort, personal injury, products liability and legal malpractice. He serves as vice chair of DRI’s Young Lawyers Corporate Counsel Development Subcommittee and liaison between the Young Lawyers Committee and Asbestos Litigation Committee. He is also a member of the Multnomah Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and Continuing Legal Education Committee. Meyer earned his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and is licensed to practice in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
