Baker Sterchi Member Jeanne Loftis has been named to the 2026 Oregon Super Lawyers list, while attorneys Hayley Hollis and Justin Meyer have been named to the Rising Stars list. Loftis is recognized in Personal Injury General: Defense, Hollis in Civil Litigation: Defense and Meyer in Personal Injury Products: Defense. All three practice in the firm’s Portland office.
Loftis is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex mass tort, employment, civil rights defense, personal injury and product liability litigation. She serves as vice president of the Oregon chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is active in several peer-selected organizations, including the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. She also co-chairs Baker Sterchi’s Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Practice Group. Loftis earned her law degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and is admitted to practice in Oregon, Washington and California.
Hollis represents clients in the construction and insurance industries. Her practice includes civil litigation, class actions, multidistrict litigation, complex commercial matters, employment law and professional liability defense. She chairs DRI’s Young Lawyers Employment Law Subcommittee and serves as vice chair of its Young Lawyers Marketing Subcommittee. Hollis earned her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School and is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington.
Meyer focuses his practice on complex civil matters, including mass tort, personal injury, product liability, complex litigation and legal malpractice. He serves as vice chair of DRI’s Young Lawyers Corporate Counsel Development Subcommittee and as liaison between its Young Lawyers and Asbestos Litigation committees. Meyer earned his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
