Baker Sterchi welcomes Victoria Scott as the firm’s Director of Human Resources, based in the Kansas City office. In her role, she leads the firm’s human resources strategy, including employee relations, compliance, talent development and policy development.

Scott has more than 16 years of experience in law firm administration and human resources, with a background in employment law compliance, multistate HR practices, payroll, benefits administration, performance management and organizational development. She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and on the board of the Eastern Kansas Oil and Gas Association. Scott earned her master’s degree from Park University and undergraduate degree from California State University, Sacramento.
