Jackie Longfellow Re-Appointed Vice-Chair of FDCC Employment Section
Baker Sterchi Member Jackie Longfellow has been re-appointed vice-chair of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel’s (FDCC) Employment Practices and Workplace Liability Section for the 2026-2027 term. She previously served in the role during the 2024-2025 term.
Based in Baker Sterchi’s Kansas City office, Longfellow is a civil trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience handling civil and employment litigation. She defends employers facing discrimination charges before local, state and federal agencies and counsels businesses on workplace policies, employment agreements and compliance with employment laws. Longfellow also chairs Baker Sterchi’s Employment & Labor Practice Group and frequently speaks on employment-related topics regionally and nationally.
The Employment Practices and Workplace Liability Section provides a forum for FDCC members to exchange insights and develop educational programming on legal and practical issues affecting employers and the workplace. The FDCC is an invitation-only organization of legal professionals focused on the defense of civil claims and the representation of insurers and corporations.
