Charniece Rollie Named a 2026 Missouri Lawyers Media Diversity & Inclusion Honoree
Baker Sterchi’s Director of Administration Charniece Rollie has been named a Missouri Lawyers Media 2026 Diversity & Inclusion honoree.
The Diversity & Inclusion awards recognize attorneys, firms, organizations and legal professionals who are advancing diversity, inclusion and the dignity of all people within Missouri’s legal profession and the communities it serves.
Based in the firm’s Kansas City office, Rollie oversees the office’s administrative operations and contributes to initiatives supporting an inclusive workplace. She is a member of ALFA International’s Diversity and Inclusion Leaders Forum and the International Facility Management Association Professional Development Committee. She also previously completed a DE&I Certificate of Mastery and Capstone Program focused on strengthening leadership skills and advancing organizational inclusion.
Rollie and the other honorees were recognized during an awards program on Aug. 20 at The Maverick in Kansas City.
