Baker Sterchi Member Megan Coluccio has been appointed to four leadership roles with the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) for the 2026-2027 term.
Coluccio will serve as vice chair of the Civil Rights & Public Entity Liability Section and Membership Development Committee and as Northwest region vice chair. She will also continue serving as vice chair of the Trial Tactics, Practice and Procedures Section and as a member of the Admissions Committee.
Based in Baker Sterchi’s Seattle office, Coluccio is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on defending complex civil rights, professional negligence, municipal liability and catastrophic injury claims. She co-chairs the firm’s Law Enforcement & Civil Rights Defense and Trial & Appellate practice groups and holds leadership roles in several national legal organizations. Coluccio is admitted to practice in Washington, Oregon and Idaho and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
The FDCC is an invitation-only organization composed of civil defense attorneys, corporate counsel and insurance industry professionals.
