Alena Johnston is an associate attorney who focuses her trial practice in the areas of trucking and transportation law, premises liability, personal injury and insurance coverage. Her attention to detail and competitive nature allow her to serve clients effectively at every stage of the legal process, from pre-suit investigations and counseling to pre-trial discovery and trial.
Alena attended Saint Louis University School of Law, where she served on the American Bar Association Journal of Labor and Employment Law. She additionally participated in the Saint Louis University Criminal Defense Clinic, gaining valuable experience representing clients in both state and federal courts. Alena’s commitment to excellence in legal writing allows her to craft compelling arguments to get results for her clients. She frequently leverages this skill to aggressively pursue favorable outcomes, including achieving significant wins through dispositive motions.
Outside of work, Alena serves as the Dean of the American Legion Auxiliary Missouri Girls and Boys State, an intensive leadership camp for high school girls focused on American government, politics and law. She enjoys spending time with her large Italian family, cooking and gardening.
