Allison Garrett is a civil defense litigator who mainly focuses on employment, commercial litigation, products liability, and premises liability. Allison earned her law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law in Columbia. During her time there, she served as Editor in Chief of the Journal of Dispute Resolution and President of the Women’s Law Association. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Missouri State University.
Allison served as a summer law clerk in Baker Sterchi’s Kansas City office before joining the firm an associate. She also previously interned at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri for the Honorable Chief Judge Beth Phillips.
