Amber M. Nations serves as Baker Sterchi’s Director of Accounting, providing firmwide leadership over accounting operations, financial reporting and compliance from the Kansas City office. She works closely with the executive director and firm leadership to support the firm’s financial performance and long-term objectives, with a focus on budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, process improvement and financial systems initiatives, including system implementations, merger integrations and major upgrades.

Amber has nearly 20 years of finance experience, including approximately 13 years in a law firm setting.
