Amy Nevad serves as Baker Sterchi’s Director of Office Operations, bringing 16 years of operations experience to her role. In this position, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm’s branch offices in St. Louis, Belleville, Edwardsville, Seattle, Portland and Wisconsin. She fosters positive relationships with attorneys and staff, while supervising staff, implementing firm policies and procedures and ensuring each office meets the needs of employees, clients and stakeholders. She also is responsible for conducting annual performance reviews, personnel onboarding, staff training and CLE administration.

Amy handles workflow management, facilities management, third-party vendor relationships, general business, professional development and meeting logistics. With over 15 years of operational experience, Amy seeks to identify potential problems and to find solutions while motivating employees to perform at their best.

Amy is a member of the firm’s Attorney Training and Development Committee and is also a member of the Association of Legal Administrators.
