Andrew Podjenski

Andrew Podjenski’s practice includes general civil litigation with a focus on commercial litigation, construction disputes, insurance defense and coverage matters, and appellate work. He represents clients across a range of industries and brings a practical, solution-focused approach to resolving complex legal issues.

Before joining the firm, Andrew handled a variety of civil matters with a Kansas City-area law firm, gaining experience in litigation strategy, motion practice and case development.

A native of Blue Springs, Missouri, Andrew earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska and his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law. While in law school, he was active in the Student Bar Association and Trial Advocacy team.

Representative Experience

• Secured a favorable appellate decision in the Missouri Western District Court of Appeals clarifying what constitutes a “just and true accounting” for subcontractors filing mechanics liens under R.S.Mo § 429.
