Bob Christie Co-Chairs 2025 LCJ Fall Member Meeting

Baker Sterchi Member Bob Christie is serving as co-chair of the 2025 Lawyers for Civil Justice (LCJ) Fall Member Meeting, taking place Dec. 3-5 in New York.

Based in Baker Sterchi’s Seattle office, Christie co-chairs the firm’s Trial & Appellate Practice Group. He defends professionals, businesses, governmental entities, law enforcement officers and individuals in high exposure matters. Christie serves on the LCJ board, is a member and past president of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and is a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys. He earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Scott Kreamer, Baker Sterchi’s Managing Member and president of LCJ, will also participate in the program, providing a board update, recognizing contributors and closing the meeting.

LCJ is a national coalition of companies, law firms and defense bar organizations that advocate for reform of procedural litigation rules to promote the just, speedy and inexpensive resolution of civil claims. Its recent priorities include multidistrict litigation, expert evidence standards, discovery cost allocation, third-party litigation funding disclosure and privacy and cybersecurity.
