On Feb. 26, Baker Sterchi Member Bob Christie co-presented “Creative and Persuasive Use of Technology in Section 1983 Cases,” at the DRI Civil Rights and Governmental Tort Liability Seminar held in San Antonio, Texas. The session explored how technology can be used creatively and effectively to advocate for clients and tell their story, from pre-suit critical incident messaging to pleadings, mediations and beyond.
Christie is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on civil defense litigation. He serves on the Lawyers for Civil Justice Board of Directors and co-chairs the firm’s Trial practice group. He received his law degree from Seattle University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and before the United States Supreme Court.
