Brandon MacDonald

Brandon MacDonald focuses his practice on civil defense litigation, representing clients in matters involving personal injury, premises liability, insurance coverage and bad faith claims. He has experience in all phases of litigation, from initial evaluation through resolution.

Before joining Baker Sterchi, Brandon practiced at a Kansas City-area law firm where he handled a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including insurance coverage analyses, litigation risk assessment and motion practice.

Brandon earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he served as Executive Articles Editor for the Journal of Legislation. He received his undergraduate degree from Xavier University, where he captained the NCAA Division I men’s tennis team.
