Charniece Rollie serves as Baker Sterchi’s Director of Administration, bringing nearly 25 years of experience in the legal industry to her role. She works closely with the firm’s Executive Director to implement firmwide policies and procedures, with a focus on operational efficiency and consistency.
Charniece oversees a broad range of administrative functions, including the firm’s safety and security program, facilities and records management, event planning and coordination with outside vendors. She also partners with building maintenance teams to help ensure a safe, functional and welcoming work environment. Known for infusing the workplace with energy and connection, she organizes internal events such as Administrative Professionals Day, Boss’s Day and holiday celebrations to enhance the firm’s culture and employee engagement.
A collaborative, solutions-driven leader, Charniece is recognized for her ability to execute complex operational projects and support strategic firm initiatives. She coordinates the firm’s community outreach efforts, including volunteer and donation activities benefiting organizations such as Garfield Elementary School, Harvesters and City Union Mission.
She holds a Certificate of Mastery in Inclusive Leadership from the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of both Baker Sterchi’s and ALFA International’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committees. She is a past president of the National Association for Legal Support Professionals of Missouri.
