Charniece Rollie is the Office Administrator for the Kansas City office. She assists the firm’s Executive Director with the hiring of new associates, law clerks, and staff, as well as with orientation and termination activities. She manages the firm’s annual benefits enrollment process, oversees the firm’s safety and security program, and assists with managing outside vendors. Charniece also handles the firm’s facilities, records management and events. She works closely with building maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment and brings joy to the firm by organizing internal firm events ranging from administrative professionals and boss’ day celebrations to holiday festivities. As someone with nearly 25 years of experience in the legal industry, she seeks to produce administrative efficiency in everything she does.
A member of Baker Sterchi and ALFA International’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committees, Charniece is committed to helping advance these tenets within the firm and in the legal community. She also supports the firm’s community service efforts, including coordinating volunteer reading buddies and donations of back-to-school supplies, winter coats and accessories, snacks, and more for Garfield Elementary School; and coordinating firmwide charitable donation drives for organizations such as Harvesters, City Union Mission, and others.
She is a past president of the National Association for Legal Support Professionals (NALS) of Missouri.
