Christopher has tried several first-chair and second-chair jury trials in Missouri and Kansas and is experienced in managing all facets of litigation, including the preparation of pleadings and discovery, creating litigation strategy, drafting/arguing complex motions and briefs, taking and defending depositions, representing clients in arbitration and mediation, and in working closely with clients and carriers at every stage of dispute, from litigation strategy to trial.
He prides himself on accurately and thoroughly analyzing complex facts, advising clients of the strengths and risks of their case; developing effective and efficient strategies for success and to reduce risk; and, ultimately, vigorously defending the client through trial if resolution of the claim is not possible.
