David C. Vaughn IV is an associate in the firm's St. Louis office. He has significant experience defending physicians, hospitals and other medical professionals in medical malpractice claims. David has received a defense verdict as a second chair in a wrongful death lawsuit in St. Louis County. He also defends general personal injury cases.

David serves as chair of DRI’s Young Lawyers Membership Engagement Subcommittee and is active in DRI's Medical Liability and Health Care Law Committee.

Outside the office, he enjoys running, staying active and reading. In 2019, he climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
