Dylan Murray has represented U.S. and international corporate clients in a variety of practice areas for more than 20 years, including commercial, tort, product liability, pharmaceutical, medical device, and construction litigation, both in federal and state courts, including:

  • Working at the forefront of the defense and discovery components of such cases, from filing of initial pleadings through discovery, trial and appeal, and heading up trial and appellate court briefing efforts in a multitude of cases on a wide range of dispositive and e-discovery issues;
  • Extensive experience in discovery-intensive and document-intensive litigation, serving as national and local defense counsel for Fortune 500 and other companies in numerous high-profile, high-stakes actions in multi-defendant commercial, tort, product liability, and construction lawsuits brought by individual and corporate plaintiffs and putative classes; and
  • Particular experience in virtually every phase and aspect of litigation and the discovery process as an integral litigation and trial team member in multiple, high-profile trials.


Dylan also has extensive experience assisting clients in reducing risk and cost and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in the areas of e-discovery and legal holds, information governance, and data protection and privacy.
