Gregorio Silva

Gregorio Silva focuses his practice on civil litigation across a variety of practice areas, including transportation, propane, business disputes, personal injury, products liability, multidistrict (MDL) litigation, premises liability, and catastrophic injuries. Gregorio handles all phases of litigation – from immediate fact investigation after an incident/accident through jury verdict and appeal – across the United States.

His experience includes representing corporate and individual clients in all types of cases. His areas of concentration include fire and explosion investigation and defense, trucking and automobile accident investigation and defense, products liability, business disputes and wrongful death.

Gregorio received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He graduated from the William S. Boyd Law School cum laude, receiving several academic accolades, including competing as a finalist in the Animal Law Moot Court Competition. He relocated from Las Vegas searching for a sense of community, which he has found in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area.
