Gregorio Silva Recognized with Missouri Lawyers Media Diversity & Inclusion Award
Baker Sterchi Member Gregorio Silva has been named a 2025 Diversity & Inclusion honoree by Missouri Lawyers Media.
The award recognizes a select group of attorneys, firms, organizations and legal professionals who are significantly advancing diversity, inclusion and the dignity of all people in Missouri’s legal profession and in communities in which exceptional legal work impacts justice for all.
Silva is a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) City Lead for Kansas City, Fellow alumnus and serves on the organization’s Alumni Leadership Symposium Committee. He is a past recipient of the LCLD Atlas Award. Beginning in fall 2025, he will mentor a first-year law student through the LCLD “Success in Law School” Mentoring Program, having previously served as a mentor during the 2024–2025 academic year. Silva is also a member of Baker Sterchi’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and serves on the board of the Hispanic Bar Association of Greater Kansas City as social media coordinator.
Based in the firm’s Kansas City office, Silva co-chairs the firm’s Financial Services Practice Group. His civil litigation practice focuses on clients in the financial services, transportation and propane industries. He earned his law degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law and is admitted to practice in Missouri, Kansas, Alaska, Arizona, California and Nevada.
