Jack Nielsen is a trial attorney with a primary focus on defense litigation. His practice encompasses a wide-variety of practice areas, including construction, business tort claims, trucking and products liability. He is particularly skilled at identifying key legal issues and takes a strategic approach to his brief writing and deposition preparation.
Jack was the Articles Editor for the Kansas Law Review at the University of Kansas, and a teaching assistant for his constitutional law professor. His passion for litigation earned him a certificate in advocacy skills upon graduation.
Before joining Baker Sterchi, Jack interned at the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri for the Honorable Stephen Bough, Brian Fenimore and Lajuana Counts.
