Jessica Reis is a civil trial lawyer with nearly a decade of experience litigating cases in Missouri and Illinois. She represents clients in federal and state courts, as well as in administrative proceedings, and is licensed to practice in both states.
Her practice focuses on environmental and commercial litigation. In environmental matters, Jessica has represented clients in citizen suits, permit challenges, agency rulemaking, regulatory matters and toxic tort cases. Her commercial work includes advising and representing businesses in contract disputes and related litigation. She also maintains an employment practice, where she defends discrimination lawsuits and administrative charges and regularly counsels employers on compliance, policies and risk management. As a certified e-discovery specialist, she assists clients with subpoena responses, e-discovery planning and litigation readiness, including legal holds and document retention policies. Her clients range from large corporations to individual professionals.
