Baker Sterchi attorney Justin Meyer will present “Summary Judgment” at the Multnomah Bar Association (MBA) Young Litigators Forum webinar on Feb. 26. The session will focus on summary judgment practice under Oregon law, including key rules, motion drafting and oral argument strategies for newer litigators.
Meyer’s presentation is one of nine sessions in the Young Litigators Forum series, hosted by the MBA Young Lawyers Section CLE Committee, which includes OSB MCLE credit and runs through mid-March 2026.
Based in the firm’s Portland office, Meyer focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, including mass tort, personal injury, products liability and legal malpractice. He is a member of the MBA Young Lawyers Section and Continuing Legal Education Committee and serves as vice chair of DRI’s Young Lawyers Corporate Counsel Development Subcommittee and liaison between the Young Lawyers Committee and Asbestos Litigation Committee. Meyer earned his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and is licensed to practice in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
