Katherine Cortesy

Katherine Cortesy represents clients in a wide variety of insurance defense matters, from motor vehicle accidents to catastrophic injury and complex medical malpractice claims. Competitive by nature, Katherine strives to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients at all stages of litigation. She believes the best defense is a good offense and enjoys collaborating with her clients on creative, aggressive approaches that help drive effective and efficient resolutions. 

Katherine obtained her law degree at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she served as a managing editor on the Wisconsin International Law Journal.  She was also the Vice President of the Women’s Law Student Association.
