Kyler Womack is an insurance defense litigator with a practice focused on corporate clients and insureds. His experience covers insurance coverage, personal injury, premises liability, and financial services litigation involving claims focused in the trucking, construction, automobile, and financing and lending industries.
Kyler earned his law degree from the Kansas University School of Law in 2023. During his time in law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy and held the role of LexisNexis Student Representative. He earned his undergraduate degree in Sport Management from the University of Kansas, where he served as a Student Equipment Manager for the University of Kansas Baseball Team.
Before joining our firm, Kyler gained legal experience by working as a law clerk at a Kansas law firm and as a legal intern at the Kansas Court of Appeals in Topeka. He also capitalized on his deep passion for sports by serving various sports-related internships, including as a Marketing and Events Intern for the College World Series of Omaha, Inc. and as an Eligibility Specialist for the NAIA.
