Laura Kerr serves as Baker Sterchi’s Director of Accounting in the Kansas City office. In this role, she oversees the accounting department and partners with the Executive Director and other firm leadership to ensure efficient operational and financial processes are in place. She also collaborates on developing and monitoring financial strategies that support the firm’s profitability.

Laura joined Baker Sterchi in September 2025 after spending 13 years in the healthcare information technology industry, where she held a variety of financial, operational and project management roles.
