Lindsey Freihoff Presents on Class Certification at DRI Drug and Medical Device Dialogue

Baker Sterchi attorney Lindsey Freihoff recently presented at a DRI Drug and Medical Device Dialogue session, “What’s it to you? The Supreme Court Does Not Address the Circuit Split for Class Certification.” The presentation explored whether a class may be certified when it includes both injured and non-injured members. Freihoff will address the topic in more depth in a future DRI article.

Based in the firm’s Kansas City office, Freihoff handles insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, municipal liability and employment matters. She is a member of DRI’s Young Lawyers Committee and Drug and Medical Device Young Lawyers Subcommittee. She also serves as social chair of the Kansas Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and is a member of the Johnson County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. Freihoff earned her law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and is licensed in Missouri, Kansas and Texas.

The DRI Drug and Medical Device Committee provides education, resources and networking opportunities for attorneys who represent the manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biologics and related products.
