Baker Sterchi Member Mark Budzinski has been appointed to the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) Wisconsin State Committee for the 2025-2026 term. He assumed the role following the ACTL annual meeting in Washington, D.C., Oct. 9-12.
Budzinski has litigated hundreds of cases in Wisconsin state and federal courts, including more than 70 jury trials. He has represented a wide range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, handling matters including catastrophic injuries, quadriplegia, wrongful death claims and contract disputes.
He is a fellow of the ACTL and member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel and National Board of Trial Advocacy. Budzinski earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, Michigan and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
