Matt Tillma represents clients in litigation across a range of industries and has served as lead counsel in jury trials for more than a decade, including matters involving white-collar crime and commercial disputes. He efficiently prepares cases for trial by tailoring jury instructions, verdict forms, voir dire and motions in limine, drawing on years of experience with these core trial components.
With an undergraduate degree in Business, Matt understands the importance of helping businesses navigate complex litigation matters and recognizes that avoiding traditional litigation is often the most effective solution. His practice includes handling complex fraud matters, including claims involving fraudulent transfers and diversion of funds in violation of trust fund statutes adopted across the country, often in connection with commercial, surety and construction cases.
Outside of his practice, Tillma enjoys playing golf and traveling.
