With an undergraduate degree in Business, Matt understands the importance of helping businesses navigate complex litigation matters  and recognizes that avoiding traditional litigation is often the most effective solution. Matt focuses in unraveling complex fraud matters, including those involving fraudulent transfers of assets and diversion of funds in violation of trust fund statutes adopted across the country, in connection with his work on complex commercial, surety and construction cases.
