On Feb. 28, Baker Sterchi Member Megan Coluccio will serve as a panelist at the 2026 Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) Winter Meeting being held in Scottsdale, Arizona. Coluccio is a member of the FDCC Winter Meeting Program Committee and will participate in the session, “From Crackdowns to Cutbacks: Navigating the New Rules under the New Administration (Trump 2.0) in the Employment, Civil Rights, Cyber Risk, and Privacy Enforcement Arena.”
The panel will address developments involving agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Occupational Safety and Health Administration and National Labor Relations Board, as well as cybersecurity requirements and compliance considerations.
Coluccio is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on defending complex civil rights, professional negligence, municipal liability and catastrophic injury claims. She holds leadership roles in FDCC and the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, and co-chairs the firm’s Law Enforcement & Civil Rights Defense and Trial & Appellate practice groups. She is admitted to practice in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
