Megan serves as Membership Chair for the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys (ADTA), a national, peer-selected organization of experienced civil defense trial attorneys. - Co-first chair in a King County Inquest on behalf of a law enforcement agency and its officers.
- Obtained a defense verdict in a medical malpractice suit alleging catastrophic injury against two emergency physicians and a medical group.
- Obtained a defense verdict in a §1983 First Amendment case in federal court on behalf of a municipality and three individuals.
- Obtained a defense judgment in bench trial alleging attorney malpractice arising from a patent infringement claim.
- Obtained favorable Ninth Circuit decision for client upholding a federal court jury verdict on all significant claims.
- Obtained summary judgment dismissal on behalf of a municipality in a negligent investigation action against several governmental entities, upheld on multiple appeals.
