Megan Stumph-Turner’s civil litigation practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, including banking and financial services, real estate, and retail disputes.
Megan has successfully represented clients in thousands of cases throughout all stages of litigation, including bench and jury trials. Her successes include commercial disputes, real estate matters including brokerage defense, creditors’ rights and consumer protection defense, employment, product liability, and personal injury matters.
In addition to being a seasoned trial attorney, Megan provides onsite training services on both state-specific and nationwide legal trends and regulations affecting the financial services and real estate industries. Megan has also been retained as an expert witness in litigation relating to mortgage servicing and professional liability disputes and has been a panelist speaker at numerous business litigation and financial services related legal conferences.
During law school, she competed in Board of Advocates events for trial advocacy and was a member of the Family Violence Clinic, providing legal assistance to victims of domestic violence. While attending college at William Jewell, Megan also cheered for the Kansas City Chiefs football team.
