Baker Sterchi Member Megan Sterchi Lammert’s co-authored article, “Law and the Working Parent,” was recently featured in the August edition of DRI’s The Voice. The article explores how advancements in technology have supported working parents’ careers and discusses the potential benefits of a ramp-up/ramp-down period to further bolster and support working parents.
Sterchi Lammert is a mother of three and a civil litigation attorney who defends personal injury, premises liability and product liability cases. She serves on the steering committee for ALFA International’s Future Leaders Forum, as well as the Product Liability & Complex Torts and Women’s Initiative Practice Groups. Additionally, she co-chairs Baker Sterchi's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. She earned her law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law and is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas.
