The two-day program, presented by the ABA Litigation Section’s Women in Products Liability and Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices & Biotech Litigation Subcommittees, will address recent legal developments, emerging technologies and litigation trends affecting product liability cases. Sessions will cover topics ranging from artificial intelligence and expert testimony to pharmaceutical and consumer product litigation.
Based in Baker Sterchi’s Kansas City office, Sterchi Lammert defends clients in personal injury, product liability and premises liability matters, including cases involving pharmaceutical and medical device companies. She serves as regional chair of ALFA International’s Product Liability & Complex Torts Practice Group and is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas.
