Michelle Meloche Coordinates Wellness Initiatives at 2024 P.A.D. Convention

Baker Sterchi attorney Michelle Meloche, based in St. Louis, recently attended the 2024 Phi Alpha Delta (P.A.D.) Biennial Convention & Leadership Conference in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she coordinated all fitness events and collaborated with the Executive Office to create a calming "Quiet Room" for members, volunteers and guests to relax and decompress during the convention.

P.A.D. is a legal fraternity with over 300,000 members, including pre-law, law and alumni chapters, and dedicated to the ideals of compassion, courage, diversity, innovation, integrity, professionalism and service in the legal profession and the community.

Meloche has volunteered with P.A.D. since 2017, earning multiple awards for leadership and innovation. Currently, she leads the organization’s Health Initiative, coordinating health, fitness, mental health and wellness events for the fraternity on an international scale.
