On October 19, Baker Sterchi attorneys Nicholas Ruble and Madeline Nagel will co-moderate different segments of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (KCMBA) Labor & Employment Law Committee’s “Labor & Employment Law Update.”
Nagel researched, prepared the content for, and will co-moderate the segment titled “New Ethical Issues and Scenarios for Employment Litigators.” Her practice focuses on personal injury defense, premises liability, and product liability. Nagel is a member of KCMBA’s Young Lawyers Section and a member of the Missouri Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. She earned her law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and is admitted to practice in Missouri.
Ruble advised on, prepared and organized the content for, and will co-moderate the segment titled “Union Organizing Drives and Responses of Management.” A co-vice chair of KCMBA’s Labor & Employment Law Committee, he is an experienced employment and labor law attorney. Ruble is a steering committee member of ALFA International’s Labor & Employment Practice Group and a member of the Defense Research Institute’s Employment and Labor Law Committee. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas.
