Natalie Frank

Natalie Frank focuses her practice on defending healthcare providers against medical malpractice claims. She is closely involved in all aspects of her cases, including discovery, depositions and motion practice.

Guided by the belief that applied knowledge is power, Natalie takes a detail-oriented approach to each case and strives to keep clients informed and prepared throughout the litigation process. She also recognizes that optimal outcomes come through collaboration and values building strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. 

• Obtained a defense verdict on behalf of an obstetrician in a Missouri trial involving a child’s eye laceration during a C-section, in which plaintiffs claimed nearly $1M in damages; secured summary judgment on the mother’s claim prior to trial.
• Obtained summary judgment in a Kansas medical negligence case in which plaintiff alleged over $1M in damages.
• Achieved successful outcomes for physicians and other healthcare providers in various state licensing board investigations in Missouri and Kansas.
