Throughout his career, Nick has employed creative tactics to reach positive outcomes for his clients in mediation, arbitration, and in state or federal court. In addition, Nick appreciates the value of providing sound counsel to clients in advance so they may avoid future pitfalls. He always works diligently to understand his clients and their business in order to fully bring their goals to fruition.
